Shipping and Deliveries
Our standard delivery charges are displayed after your shopping cart. We deliver to over 30 countries, select your country to see the delivery costs. When the first delivery was attempted and failed, a second delivery attempt will be provided free of charge. In case of a second failure, charges may be applied.
Items non available in stock start production the same week and will be delivered world wide within 8-10 weeks. Item in stock are delivered within 2-10 days depend to your country.

Standard delivery: Products will be delivered by carrier to the first entry of the house or establishment found to the shipping address provided by the buyer. The driver is not required to transport the goods to the floor or even inside the residence, there is no requirement either to get rid of the packaging.

Stairs delivery option: If you chose the stairs delivery option when ordering, the carrier will handle your goods up to floor and bring it inside your home. In all cases the delivery room should be possible either via the lift or the stairs of the building. If the use of any means or device is required a quote must first be established. The stairs delivery is billed as an option for standard delivery and can not be refunded.

When first delivery was attempted without success, the second delivery will be charged even if the customer is an Artdeco Club member. If a second failure, the products will be returned to our warehouse and the costs inherent in new delivery will be required.

All deliveries must be signed for and any damage notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Any items not received must be notified to us within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation e-mail, in order that this can be investigated. We will not be responsible for any non delivered items after this time or failure to notify none receipt. Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.

Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, providing that the goods are in a fully saleable condition and still in their original packaging. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. If the goods are not in fully resalable condition when returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an uplift fee from the refund amount. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that you are only entitled to return goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Custom and special order items are not returnable.

Cancellation of made-to-order products

Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted

Damaged Items
Damaged or missing parts must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail. All original packaging MUST BE KEPT for inspection. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.
