We offer two grades of Italian leather (cow leather), a first class high quality leather with a grain pleasant to the touch, which is long-lasting.  A second category of mass tinted leather (Aniline) more high-end, which provides increased resistance to split problems faced by old furniture very worn by time.
This option is for those who wish to keep their furniture perfect over the time.

 

After dyeing the transparent wax is applied. The transparent finish allows to fully appreciate the grain of leather. For both leathers we use a mineral tanning, and then a vegetal re-tanning. We also offer cowhide, and calf skin very finely crafted with original patterns

 

Despite our great care in the color phase of our leathers, tint may vary slightly from those presented. All our skins are treated in accordance with the standards and have all the necessary safeguards (non-toxicity, stability of color and friction to light, resistance to tearing and bending)

We use many different woods, beech, walnut, ash, zebrano ...

We offer, according to products, several possibilities, some of these with ten-color beech, others in walnut, ash, rosewood or cherry etc.

The different ways to work with wood:

The solid wood, made from softwood or hardwood is the best in the field strength, and provides noble furniture structure.

Plywood is made up of several sheets of veneer, stuck with each other by crossing the wood. The leaves are set around a central fold; their number is always odd to ensure a good panel balance.

The manufacture of molded wood is the same as the plywood plate with thin slices of wood. We get thin plywood, which are placed in a mold of the desired shape and then pressed. The panel takes the shape of the mold, which can be curved or rounded.
We just have to heat 5 to 10 minutes at 90 °C.

The chrome or painted metal, are shaped in the tradition of wrought iron, or by using proven methods to produce furniture with aesthetic and durability over the time.

Several layers of chrome or paint are applied to offer a flawless finish.

Decorative chrome plating is done on usually coated surfaces first with a layer of nickel and is primarily intended to give brightness to the surface.

Resistance to discoloration of the metal, combined with its hardness,  this decorative layer of a micron gives a shiny appearance for many years.

The shiny chrome of old cars (still visible today) is a testimony. The chromium deposits are chrome metal finished products by a process using a hexavalent chromium called Chrome "6", it is allowed in Europe and the USA.

We respect the European RoHS directive, and do not use more than 0.1% by weight of chromium.

For our painted metals (aluminum, for example) we use a special sub-layer which allows the painting to hang on the metal, so it become long lasting. Then we use a very strong layer of gloss lacquer.

Some products under the name Artdeco (which are not part of the great classics of design) are upholstered with a polyurethane film.

It is a great strength synthetic leather (completely undetectable), which provides the same aesthetic characteristics as leather.

Anti-microbial and resistant to moisture, it's water proof and very easy to clean.
Our fabrics are resistant to tearing, abrasion, and have a long durability. Mass tinted in, the color does not fade over time.

The coatings are in compliance with European standards.

Ours beautiful marbles are carved, sanded, polished to give them a flawless look and finish. We perform regular checks to eliminate potential defects.

The white marble (gray) is bright and deep, it gives life to other colors.

The black marble is elegant and contrasts with other materials.

Our products made by experienced seamstress, are upholstered with beautiful fabrics.

The fabrics are manufactured to different sizes of mesh. They are sorted according to the number of line per cm they have.

More line per cm, more meshes are small.

The fabrics for sofas, armchairs and chairs are manufactured on looms by hand, in the great tradition of weaving.
